So last night I finished the Super Cobra gunship that was on my workbench for a month or so.
A bit of a bad picture showing the cockpit. The Revell Super Cobra doesn't come with crew, so I repainted some WW2 Walrus seaplane pilots.
A 3/4 front view. Underneath the skids I glued a rectangle of clear plasticard, because the centre of balance on the helicopter is too far back for the skids, so the clear plasticard extends about a centimetre and a half behind the skids to compensate. It also has the added bonus of strengthening the skids so they don't break off.
As an aside, I also painted the other M1, so here they are, the first two Abrams tanks in my collection.
